To run your project as part of Rework Biz, you do not have to register your own business. For the purposes of running your project, our Foundation grants you legal identity, which means that you run your own business and use the Foundation’s registration data in formal matters (e.g. when concluding contracts or issuing invoices). By operating within Rework Biz, you can freely run your business or work on a B2B basis and legally settle your income, while all formal, accounting and official matters remain with our Foundation.
For many people (e.g. freelancers, entrepreneurs or people cooperating on a B2B basis), this solution is a very beneficial and convenient alternative to running their own company. First of all, because in addition to significant financial benefits due to lower costs of running a business, you also reduce the risk, stress and formalities associated with running your own business.
The package includes full accounting services for your project. You get a convenient software for issuing invoices, and our accountants deal with accounting documents, keeping all necessary records, sending taxes and making contacts in official matters. By operating in Rework Biz, you do not have to spend many hours on accounting, you do not have to have knowledge of tax regulations and, above all, you can reduce the risk of making formal errors.
Package includes advisory support and document templates. When it comes to legal assistance (3 hours of lawyer work per month), our lawyers will answer your questions, verify contracts and documents, and we will provide you with proven templates of many necessary documents (e.g. privacy policy, guarantees or regulations of e-shops and websites). In addition, Beneficiaries can benefit from the support of our experts as part of marketing and business consultations.
Unlike your own sole proprietorship, when running your business with Rework Biz you do not have to give up benefits. By cooperating with Rework Biz, our Beneficiaries can benefit from the best employee benefits at preferential prices, such as private medical packages (LuxMed) or sports cards (Multisport).
By working with Rework Biz, you can handle all matters remotely from anywhere. You get access to an intuitive software designed to help you conveniently run your business. Using the software, you can issue invoices, register expenses or generate contracts. And you can send documents from anywhere, without necessarily visits the office.
During the cooperation with Rework Biz, you have a personal supervisor (caregiver) who supports you in all matters related to your project, including accounting, HR and administrative issues. The caregiver is the person you can always ask questions and get a support from.
Many startups need a website. Our IT specialists will install a website for you on a selected attractive template with a content management system (CMS) and the ability to edit the website without programming knowledge. The website can be installed either on the Foundation’s server at no additional cost or on another hosting indicated by the Beneficiary.
We invite all foreigners who want to start their own business to join Rework Biz. During the cooperation with Rework Biz, you will receive all necessary assistance in legalization matters in order to obtain a residence and/or work permit.

Running a business within the Business Incubator instead of your own company allows you to reduce not only high operating costs but also many formalities and risks. During cooperation, Rework Biz provides you with legal identity, which means that in formal matters you can use the Foundation’s registration data (e.g. when issuing or settling invoices). As a part of Rework Biz, you can freely run your business or work on a B2B basis and legally settle your income, while all formal, accounting and official matters remain with our Foundation.
During cooperation, you will have an access to our software designed to make running your business convenient. With this app you would be able to e.g. issue invoices, register expenses or generate contracts from anywhere.
Moreover, unlike in your own company, in cooperation with Rework Biz you would have a dedicated supervisor who supports you in all accounting, HR and administrative matters.
Every person of the age of majority can join the Business Incubator. People of age between 16 and 18 years can join the Business Incubator with permission of their legal guardian.
We encourage all people, regardless of education, experience and age, to join Rework Biz, With Rework Biz successfully cooperate freelancers, entrepreneurs, students, programmers, artists and language teachers.
If you have previously run your own business, you can also join Rework Biz, this is not an obstacle. People working full-time can also run their business with Rework Biz at the same time.

Yes, when running a business within the Business Incubator, you can settle the expenses you had. Just like with your own business, expenses must be related to running the business. If you have any doubts, you can always consult with your supervisor whether a given expense can be included in the settlement.
By joining Rework Biz, an individual bank account assigned to the specific project run within the Incubator is created. During cooperation, the Beneficiary has constant access to all transactions and account status, which allows him to monitor payments and the results of the project on an ongoing basis.
Payments are made on the basis of civil law contracts concluded between the Beneficiary and the Foundation. Depending on the type of business activity and the status of the Beneficiary (e.g. student status or parallel employment), it is possible to conclude either a contract for specific work or a civil contract. Payments are made on the same or next business day and may take place either at fixed periods (e.g. once a month) or flexibly, depending on the business.
Yes, it is possible to be covered by voluntary National Health Fund (NFZ) insurance.
Taxes
In the case of settlement based on civil contract, the income tax is 9.6%. In the case of settlement based on a contract for specific work, the income tax is 6%. Students or pupils under 26 years of age and run a business in Rework pay 0% income tax.
Social Security Contributions
As a member of our Foundation, you do not pay ZUS contributions, if you are a student or a person under 26 years of age. In addition, you do not pay ZUS contributions, if you produce works of art as part of your project, e.g. computer program code. ZUS contributions also depends on e.g. parallel employment (if you have any doubts about how would ZUS contributions in your business look like – contact us).
The service package includes the following services: lending of legal identity, accounting and formal matters service, software for invoicing and managing company affairs, legal support, document templates, access to preferential benefits, landing page and the support of a dedicated supervisor.
Our wide range of services was created with entrepreneurs in mind, to give you complete tools and support needed to effectively develop your business.
During the entire period of cooperation, you will have a dedicated supervisor (caregiver) who supports you in all accounting, HR and administrative matters.
We believe that flexibility is essential nowadays and therefore we do not require concluding contracts for specific periods of time (there is neither a minimum nor a maximum operating time in the Incubator). Our contract is concluded only for an indefinite period with one month’s notice. Termination of cooperation does not involve any costs. You can therefore terminate the cooperation at any time you decide to do so without any obligations or additional costs.
